How long should my cookies remain fresh?

We package and heat seal each and every cookie (unless requested not to) to insure the cookie will stay as fresh as possible. The cookie should remain fresh up to 2 weeks from purchase depending on how the cookie is stored after purchase.

How should I store my cookies?

Sugar cookies can be stored at room temperature or frozen successfully. NEVER put a decorated sugar cookie into the refrigerator (the icing may smear) or subject to extreme temperatures, such as leaving in a hot car.

Can my cookies be frozen to keep for a later date?

Yes! And they will be delicious up to 3 months. To properly FREEZE your cookies and maintain their beautiful decoration, place the bagged cookies into an air tight container. Place the lid on top securely and place the container into the freezer.

How do I properly thaw frozen cookies?

To THAW your cookies, remove the container from the freezer at least 4-6 hours in advance. It is VERY important to keep the LID ON the container until the container and its contents have fully come to room temperature. No peeking :) Condensation may form on the container and is normal part of the process. Once the container has fully come to room temperature you may open the lid and remove the cookies from the container and ENJOY!

Where are my cookies cooked and decorated?
